Your original VignetteRx work sample involves a hospitalized child with a new concern, an anxious caregiver, additional nursing information, and a communication or language barrier. You will recognize the immediate issue, clarify what you need to know, involve the caregiver appropriately, communicate uncertainty, identify escalation needs, and close the loop with the team.
