Ms. Trembak holds a Master of Education and a Master of Business Administration, with additional graduate training in engineering. Her educational expertise shapes VignetteRx’s core belief that clinical development is not simply the transfer of knowledge, but the deliberate cultivation of clinical reasoning, communication, self-assessment, and reliable performance.

Her leadership experience includes serving as Head of an Electrical Engineering Department, where she trained and supervised many professionals across different stages of their careers. She developed curricula and professional-development programs designed to strengthen technical knowledge, practical decision-making, communication, and reliable performance in complex work environments.

Before VignetteRx, Ms. Trembak served as CEO and President of Fatima, a health and wellness company. In addition to leading strategy, partnerships, infrastructure development, and market expansion, she helped create training modules to educate physicians and patients about the product’s benefits and indications for use.

As CEO and President of VignetteRx, Ms. Trembak leads corporate strategy, operations, business development, partnerships, learner experience, and organizational growth. She ensures that the company delivers more than generic tutoring or passive educational content. Under her leadership, VignetteRx applies its structured performance-development model—Detect → Diagnose → Prescribe → Repair → Verify—to help learners identify the causes of recurring difficulty and build transferable clinical skills.

Her combination of educational leadership, operational discipline, and firsthand understanding of professional development enables VignetteRx to serve learners and institutions with rigor and empathy. Her vision is to build VignetteRx into a trusted partner for medical education and clinical-performance development—helping emerging physicians become more confident, reflective, and capable in the moments that matter most.

Dr. Duff earned her medical degree from I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University and her PhD in Neurophysiology from Georg-August University of Göttingen, Germany.

Her mentorship helps trainees identify not only what they need to learn, but how they reason through uncertainty, organize clinical information, communicate their thinking, recover from errors, and develop professional confidence over time.

As Director of the North American Neuromodulation Society Journal Club, Dr. Duff built a national educational platform of monthly live online webinars. The NANS Journal Club series remains available online.

Her broader educational leadership includes mentoring through the NANS Mentorship Program, contributing to NANS educational initiatives, serving as Pediatric Section Editor for the NANS Newsletter, and participating as faculty and organizer for pediatric neuromodulation seminars within NANS and the Child Neurology Society. Across these roles, she has built learning environments that are rigorous, accessible, discussion-based, and directly connected to clinical decision-making.

At VignetteRx, Dr. Duff leads the educational model, clinical content standards, faculty development, and learner-performance strategy. She ensures that the company is not simply a tutoring service or content platform. Its programs are designed to detect the source of a learner’s difficulty, diagnose the underlying reasoning or performance pattern, prescribe targeted practice, support repair, and verify progress in clinically relevant settings.
